Your payment will normally reach Dharam Samaj Society account to which you are making a payment within two working days. If the card supplier declines payment, Dharam Samaj Society is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. Cancellation of orders may be considered only in case of purchases made by the customers by mistake. However, the Company may at its sole discretion consider the cancellation in other cases and may refund in part or full.
Products/Services once ordered cannot be cancelled. Goods/Services once sold shall not be accepted back by the Company. However, the Company may at its sole discretion consider accepting return of a product/service and grant of part or full refund in such circumstances.
All payment details which are entered through this payment gateway are encrypted when the Student, or third party making payment, enters them. Communications to and from the Service Provider’s site are encrypted. Dharam Samaj Society shall not be liable for any failure by the Student or third party making payment of Fees to properly protect data from being seen on their screen by other persons or otherwise obtained by such persons, during the online payment process or in respect of any omission to provide accurate information in the course of the online payment process.
Online Payments of Fees can be made by Credit / Debit card or Net banking. These payments are not collected by Dharam Samaj Society directly but through the Service Provider.

In the event of any dispute, the High Court, Allahabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction subject to condition that the either party shall be entitled to refer such dispute to the sole arbitration of the Director, Dharam Samaj Society, Aligarh or his nominee who shall decide the dispute according to Arbitration Act and whose decision shall be final and binding on the parties. In case, the nominee of the Director, Dharam Samaj Society, Aligarh fails to act as arbitrator, the Vice-Chancellor may change the arbitrator, the person so nominated by the Vice-Chancellor will proceed further in the arbitration from the stage the previous nominee left the arbitration.
